About The Trip
Great Rivers Council invites you and a guest to enjoy programs offered for Scout Supporters at this special fall retreat. Increasing Endowment and Capital giving will be our topic of discussion.
$1,400 for an individual, $1,800 for a couple (Spouses will need to also register). Some Signature Activities may require additional fees.

What to expect
Meals, fly fishing, hiking, tours, museums, reception & sleeping room.
- Sunday – Arrival Day, begin event with a reception and dinner.
- Monday – Breakfast Presentation, Philmont activity, lunch, Philmont Activity, dinner at the Historic St. James Hotel followed by a lamplight tour of Cimmaron history and lore.
- Tuesday – Breakfast Presentation, Philmont activity, lunch, Philmont Activity, dinner & presentation.
- Wednesday – Breakfast Presentation, Philmont Activity or Signature Activity, lunch, dinner & presentation.
- Thursday – Breakfast and departure
Transportation to Philmont is travelers responsibility. Fly to Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, or Santa-Fe, use Amtrak, or drive.
