Innovators Adventure Day Camp: Unleash Creativity
Running from June 30 to July 3, 2025, the Innovators Adventure Day Camp invites children aged 6 to 13 to engage in a world of creativity and innovation. Here, you don’t have to be a scout; all young adventurers are welcome! This camp stands out because we believe every child has the potential to become an innovator, creator, and maker of a better future. Our program emphasizes hands-on learning in a supportive environment. Each day is packed with exciting activities covering engineering, electronics, science, technology, and health and safety. Your child will not only learn but also thrive in an atmosphere filled with curiosity and enthusiasm!
Tech Adventures Day Camps: Coding and Game Design
For those tech-savvy youngsters eager to dive deeper into programming and game design, our Tech Adventures Day Camps provide the perfect opportunity! The Coding for Kids camp (July 7-11, 2025) is tailored for ages 6-8 and introduces the basics of coding through engaging, interactive games. Meanwhile, the Programming Day Camp (July 14-18, 2025) is designed for kids aged 8-11, offering a more comprehensive look into programming concepts. For the older crowd, gamers aged 11-15 can participate in our Game Design camp (July 21-25, 2025), where they will assemble their own games, unleashing their creativity in this digital playground. Again, these sessions are open to everyone—no scouting affiliation necessary!
Family Adventure Camp: Bonding and Exploration
Looking for a weekend getaway that caters to the whole family? Join us for the Family Adventure Camp at the Lake of the Ozarks Scout Reservation from June 6-8, 2025. This exclusive camp program allows families to embark on a customized journey filled with outdoor activities, games, and bonding experiences. It’s a fantastic opportunity for family members of all ages to connect, explore nature, and create lasting memories together.
Cub Scout Summer Day Camps – Invention Adventures
Get ready for an exciting summer filled with creativity and fun at our “Invention Convention” Cub Scout Day Camps! Designed to spark imagination and innovation among young minds. Offering a fun, educational, and skill-building experience, focusing on activities like nature exploration, crafts, games, and scouting skills, preparing scouts for future overnight camping adventures. Each District hosts its own camp experience from May 27 to June 14, 2025. You have the freedom to choose any camp that catches your eye.
Cub Scout Resident Camps: A Traditional Experience
For our Cub Scouts, we offer the traditional camping experience at the Lake of the Ozarks Scout Reservation with multiple resident camps scheduled for July 14-18, 2025. With an emphasis on putting FUN back into camping, these camps are designed specifically for Cubs to enhance their skills while having fun. The first two days of camp, families can choose from various family camp packages, while the reminder of the camp week our camps will provide multiple opportunities to pick age and rank appropriate adventures for each scout, ensuring there’s something for everyone!
Scout BSA Resident Camps
For an entire week, Scouts will get to enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience only available at the Lake of the Ozarks. Scouts will have the opportunity to participate in activities including jet skis, water skiing, paddleboarding, and more. Scouts may wish to participate in a troop or patrol activity, go on a free swim, or simply relax at the campsite. We strongly
believe that it is important that Scouts keep a healthy balance of activities during the week. Lord Baden-Powell once said that “Scouting is a game with a purpose.” We strive to make summer camp the most FUN experience for Scouts.
Adult Summer Camp Experience: Rekindle the Spirit
Lastly, we haven’t forgotten about the adults! On July 18-20, 2025, join us for an exclusive Adult Summer Camp Experience at the Lake of the Ozarks Scout Reservation. Whether you’re a current or past scouter, this weekend is designed to rekindle the spirit of camping through favorite activities like blacksmithing, shooting sports, climbing, and more. Not only will you enjoy nostalgic fun, but your participation also helps fund new shower and toilet facilities for future campers.
