Great Rivers Council believes every youth should have the opportunity to benefit from Scouting. There may be circumstances where youth and their family need help financially to take part in Scouting.
Council Fundraisers
Thrifty Tickets and Popcorn/Burger sales provide excellent fundraising opportunities for units. Units earn a 50% commission on all Popcorn/Burger products sold and a 65% commission on each Thrifty Ticket sold. These initiatives carry minimal to no risk for the unit and are pre-approved by the council.

Home State Health – Show Me Healthy Kid 1-877-236-102
- After School Youth Program Club – Provides school aged member’s membership for one of the following programs per child per year: Girl Scouts; Boy Scouts; YMCA; LINC; 4-H; Girls on the Run; Boys and Girls Clubs.
Healthy Blue 1-833-388-1407
- After School Program Clubs – School-aged members receive membership to one of the following clubs per child per year: 4-H, Boys and Girls Club, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts.
