Holiday Cheer Reached New Heights at the Climbing Wall!

This year’s Winter Wonderland event turned into one of our most joyful winter gatherings yet! With Scouts, friends, families, and community members joining in, the Scouting Adventure Center was buzzing with festive energy from start to finish. Both sessions — morning and afternoon — were filled with laughter, adventure, creativity, and plenty of holiday spirit.

A Day Filled with Festive Adventure

From the moment participants walked in, they were greeted with the sounds, sights, and smells of the season. The towering 26‑ft climbing wall stood proudly as the centerpiece of the day, welcoming climbers of all ages and skill levels. Whether it was a Scout reaching a new personal record or a first‑time climber giving it a brave try, the wall saw nonstop action thanks to our amazing climbing instructors and staff.

Just across the room, kids and adults cozied up for **Holiday Movie Time** on the massive **24‑ft inflatable projector screen**, making the perfect backdrop for popcorn munching and holiday relaxation.

Those feeling crafty stopped by the Holiday Arts & Crafts station, where ornaments, decorations, and imaginative holiday creations came to life. And of course, the Cookie Decorating Station drew a steady crowd — with more sprinkles and frosting than anyone could count!

Snacks, Games, and Nonstop Fun

Guests kept their energy high with free popcorn, holiday snacks, and hot cocoa, while others jumped into friendly competition at the tabletop and indoor games section. Every corner of the event had something exciting for everyone — from active challenges to creative outlets to relaxing movie moments.

A Special Visitor from the North Pole

No holiday celebration would be complete without a visit from the man in red himself! Our special guest from the North Pole delighted participants of all ages. Families lined up to snap festive photos in front of the climbing wall — a wonderfully unique backdrop for this year’s holiday memories.

A Great Turnout and a Great Time

With limited spots of 40 participants per session, both sessions stayed full of energy, excitement, and smiling faces. The combination of climbing, creativity, treats, games, and holiday magic made this a standout event of the season — and one many are already hoping will return next year!
